Access Requests & Members

VaultSQL keeps access management straightforward: users request what they need, and admins approve it with clear context. Groups help scale access without micromanaging every individual.

Inbox: Access Requests

The Inbox lists pending requests from team members. Each request includes:

• The database and account requested
• A short justification
• The requested access window (start/end)

Admins can Approve or Deny directly from the list, keeping the workflow fast and visible.

Groups & Members

The Members area provides two layers of organization:

• Groups: assign access to a set of people at once (e.g., “Analysts” or “Ops”).
• Workspace roster: view all members, manage roles, and remove access.

Roles remain simple and predictable:

• Admins manage access, settings, and approvals.
• Members request and use access that’s been granted.
